Join staff from Orange County Green PLACE for a guided nature photography hike! Girls will take photos of patterns found in nature, experiment with different filters and modes, explore various perspectives, and capture panoramic shots. Learn tips for photographing nature, insects, and wildlife!
Cadettes will complete Step 4 of their Outdoor Art Apprentice badge, Seniors will complete Step 4 of their Outdoor Art Expert badge, and Ambassadors will complete Step 4 of their Outdoor Art Master badge.
Bring a camera or a device to take photos!

Important Information:

- All participants must be registered for the event, including girls and adult chaperones.
- Please adhere to girl/adult ratio when attending events. This can be found in Volunteer Essentials or Safety Activity Checkpoints located on our website.
- Troop leaders should have first aid on hand to meet Girl Scout safety while hiking.
- Closed-toed shoes and refillable water bottles are required for this program.
- Sunscreen, hats, and/or hair back with a bandana are encouraged.
- A waiver is required for participation. You will receive the waiver in the confirmation email.
- Bring a camera or a device to take photos!
Cancellation and Refunds:
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email and sent directly to customercare@citrus-gs.org by May 3rd 2026 at 11:59pm.
- There will be no refunds or transfers for no-shows.
