The Board Forum is an open conversation hosted by the Girl Scouts of Citrus Board of Directors to connect directly with our members, volunteers, and delegates. These sessions provide a transparent look at the governance work taking place across the council and offer a space for the community to ask questions, share insights, and learn about upcoming decisions that shape our organization. During the forum, board members will walk participants through key governance updates, annual meeting highlights, and strategic initiatives underway. Participants will also have the opportunity to raise questions, share feedback, and hear updates from senior leadership who attend to listen, document operational needs, and help ensure follow-up. Board Forums are designed to strengthen the partnership between the Board of Directors and the membership-supporting open communication, clarity, and shared ownership of Girl Scouts of Citrus' future. Everyone is welcome, and your voice matters.
