Please join East Orange Girl Scouts to represent at Avalon Aglow, walking in the annual parade! All troops and Juliettes are welcome! The more the merrier! East Orange has chosen a theme of Winter Wonderland for this year's GS participants. Each troop is encouraged to dress up in light blue, white, and all things cold and wintery like penguins, snowflakes, polar bears, or whatever you can think of! We encourage you to decorate a wagon "float" to pull behind you.
Since we are out in the public representing Girl Scouts, we request that half of your group be in GS uniforms and half dressed up with the theme. Those in uniforms should be wearing their tunic, vest, or sash with GS, white, khaki, or light blue clothing for this event. Individuals participating on their own, not with a troop, can pick to dress up either way. Everyone must wear closed-toe shoes.
Deadline to register and pay is 11/21/25. This is not a drop off event. Troops must adhere to ratios and individuals must have a supervising registered adult. No tagalongs or pets.
