Cindy Luttrell has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the University of Central Florida. She has worked for over 30 years at Disney in various accounting and finance roles with her current title being, the Vice President of Disney’s Financial Systems supporting all the business of the Disney Company, Parks and Resorts, ESPN, Studio, Media, Cable… Her background includes both accounting and finance as well as system/technology applications.
Cindy was a Girl Scout leader in Citrus Council for 12 years taking her troop from 1st grade Brownies through 12th-grade Ambassadors and also served on her local Service Unit team for multiple years. She got to see firsthand how the Girl Scout Program changed the lives of her daughter and the girls in her troop, teaching them to be strong and independent women in today’s ever-changing world. Being on the board, let’s her continue to give back to such a great program which helps girls reach their full potential.
Extremely active in the community, Isabelle enjoys working on programs that will positively impact the lives of children. She specifically supports the efforts of the Girl Scouts of Citrus as a Member of the Board and serves on the Girl Scouts of Citrus Finance Committee. Isabelle holds a Master of Business Administration and speaks English, French and Italian. Isabelle and her husband reside in Orlando, Florida with their young future Girl Scout.
Kathi is currently Vice President and Claims Liaison Counsel for Fidelity National Finance/Florida Agency. Prior to her current position, she was the Title Claims Manager for American Pioneer Title Insurance Company. She also has been serving as the Chair for the Roundtable event for the Florida Land Title Association’s Claims Prevention, Avoidance and Education Committee for the last 5 years. She earned her Juris Doctorate from University of Florida’s College of Law and graduated with a B.A. in Allied Legal Services from University of Central Florida. While in attendance at UCF, she was (and is) a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity. She is a 4th generation Florida native.
As a member of the Girl Scouts of Citrus Council, Kathi was a troop leader for 12 years, taking her troop from Daisies to Ambassadors, while helping several of her scouts (including her own daughter) earn their Gold Awards. She, also, has served as the Pack Chair for her son’s BSA Cub Scout Pack, and helped him navigate his way to Eagle Scout. She served as a delegate to the USGSA National Convention in 2014 and discovered there are many other avenues and opportunities available to both our local Council and GSUSA to help each girl do bigger and better things. Kathi has put her skills to good use as a volunteer on several of our committees. Her commitment to our council was strengthened even more once she found her passion while serving on the Gold Award Committee. She has had the opportunity to serve as the Chair for the Board Development Committee; and, currently, serves as the 2nd vice chair of the Board of Directors. Additionally, as a practicing real estate attorney, it was a natural fit for her to now serve as the Chair of the Citrus Council’s Property Committee. She hopes to put good leadership in place while continuing to implement our mission and values.
Michelle Mugnaini is a Sales Manager for Universal Orlando Resort’s Group Sales and Youth Programs Team. Working professionally with the Girl Scouts to create the Slumber Splash Bash at Wet ‘n Wild inspired her to start working on a personal level with Girl Scouts of Citrus Council. Michelle was a Brownie growing up in New Hampshire, and it is her mission to work with Girl Scouts to create fun and inspiring events to show girls just how much fun it is to be a Girl Scout – something she wished for as a Brownie. Michelle’s favorite thing about working with the Girl Scouts is attending the events and seeing the girls have a great time, make friends, and inspire others to be girls of courage, confidence, and character that make the world a better place.

Beginning her career with KPMG U.S., Michelle advanced from her initial role as an auditor of retail and gaming sector companies in the north-east of the US to culminate as Partner with KPMG Deutsche Treuhand Gesellschaft in Frankfurt, Germany, where she helped lead one of the firm’s largest banking clients to a successful listing on the NYSE. Michelle was the youngest female to make partner with KPMG DTG and was among only 10% of female Partners in KPMG International.
Valued as an agent of action and champion for change, Michelle lives and manages from the philosophy that “adversity brings strength”. After some personal setbacks in 2002, Michelle left Europe and returned to the U.S. to the place where “Dreams Come True” and joined The Walt Disney Company’s International Segment Financial Reporting team in 2005. Wanting to put her consulting talents to use, she was invited to join Disney’s Financial Systems team, and now supports internal Disney accounting & finance clients across the company. For the past 18 years, Michelle has helped make magic through various roles on projects to “re-imagine” people, processes and technology for theme parks, news operations, and enterprise systems implementations around the globe – as well as help launch new cruise ships, open a new resort in Hawaii, and over 6+ years, develop and open Disney’s newest resort in Shanghai, China.
In 2007, she met her true “Mr. Incredible” and married him in 2016, after an extended, long-distance engagement while Michelle was in China. Together they have built a home and life in Winter Park, Florida, are supporters of several charitable and volunteer organizations, and are dedicated to making the world a better place for their nieces, nephew, Godchildren and dog, Calvin.
Lauren Joseph graduated from the City University of NY (CUNY) Staten Island with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management. She works for Insight Credit Union as the SVP/Chief Operations Officer for the past 12 years and before that she worked at Seaport Federal Credit Union in Elizabeth, NJ for 23 years. Lauren’s first experience with Girl Scouts of Citrus was as a volunteer for the 100th Anniversary Flash Mob Dance held in Lake County in 2012. She wanted to become more involved – ready to assist in any way possible so she applied for a position on the GSC Board in 2013. Lauren is a powerful advocate for fund development and property development. Her focus is on our financial growth and development of the Council; engaging community to ensure all girls have access to Girl Scout programming in their own communities and bring long-term property goals to fruition. Lauren has served on the Girl Scouts of Citrus Board of Directors as a Member at Large since 2014 and is a member of the Finance Committee.
Michael is a nationally recognized community advocate, volunteer, philanthropist and minister known for founding one the largest charitable health fair and humanitarian efforts of its kind in the U.S. During Michael’s leadership, this effort has resulted in aiding more than 122,000 children with healthcare, educational, humanitarian resources and services. Michael also has clean water wells that provide the only source of drinking water to over 500 family living in one of the most challenging places on Earth, Roaten Honduras. Michael’s efforts have been recognized in several leading magazines and media outlets including, ABC, CBS, NBC and NPR, as well as Oprah Winfrey and, most importantly to him, those he serves.
Profiled as a tireless advocate for youth empowerment and advancement, Michael writes and speaks often on topics of community building, social engagement, and collective impact leadership and social entrepreneurship. He has held leadership roles such as the managing partner of Chemetric Laboratories LLC., director and board member of HealthFair USA, and volunteer president of the Hope Now Foundation and Living Water– a Central Florida-based 501(c)(3) organization which provide services and resources to thousands of children in the United States every year and that also has substantial water well operations in Central America providing the only source of clean drinking water to over 2,500 families. Along with his wife of 33 years and three sons, Michael continues as an advocate for progressing social, educational, healthcare and economic issues of disparity for disadvantaged families both locally and abroad.
Kristina Peacock was born and raised right here in Central Florida, graduating from Bishop Moore and UCF. She raised her 3 children here too; all graduating from Lyman High School. After having a multitude of job experiences from teaching kindergarten to sales for iheartmedia, she landed at the Seminole County Chamber 3 and a half years ago. She has been running hard ever since, growing membership and engagement significantly for the organization. Even during 2020, she continued to dominate the industry being recognized as one of the top chamber sales people in the country by American Chamber of Commerce Executives. Most recently, she has been named the Vice President of Sales at the Seminole County Chamber. While she isn’t helping our business community, she volunteers on the Board of Directors for Girl Scouts of Citrus Council or is flying to Dallas to visit her 9 month old grandson. One of her favorite quotes is “See a need. Fill a need.”
Jes Kalb was born and raised in Falls Church, Virginia where she was a Girl Scout herself through Junior level until her family relocated to Daytona Beach, Florida. After high school, she relocated to Orlando to attend UCF (Go Knights!) where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2000. Since then, her career has included professional roles including marketing, staffing, business sales, entrepreneurship, and management. She has spent the last 10 years in a Sales role at The CSI Companies, managing and developing new clients and relationships within the Central Florida market, while also acting as a regional manager. She is an active volunteer for Cannonball Kids Cancer, a local Nonprofit that develops badly needed treatment options for children with pediatric cancer, co-organizing their annual Family Field Day event. She is also a co-chair for her company’s annual CSI Gives Back Bake Sale which raised $5,000 his year for the Ckc organization. She lives in Maitland with her husband, Ryan, two sons, Ronan (age 7) and Reed (age 3) and two very large dogs. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, running half marathons, enjoying the beach, and planning her family’s next vacation.
Cassandra proudly served two terms as Chair Emeritus of the Entertainment, Art & Sports Law Section of The Florida Bar, with a technology and legislative focus. Her: Ethics in the Digital Age: Don't Let Technology Be Your Crypto-nite CLE program, featured eight predominant female attorneys discussing data security, social media, cryptocurrency, and other key considerations when working with tech in current times.
As an attorney working with startups and entrepreneurs in various creative, business, and technical fields, Cassandra provides transactional support from concept to exit. Throughout her time practicing, she has worked with inventors, IP creators, bloggers, web designers, tech startups, content creators, music festivals, graphic artists, venues, artists, actors, performers, filmmakers, special effects/make-up artists, promotions companies, labels, managers, and many others, to negotiate contracts, optimize opportunities, safeguard intellectual property rights, and limit potential risk/liability.
Prior to her current firm, Cassandra served as a partner at her prior firm, worked in Planet Hollywood's corporate legal department, and was an associate attorney for a boutique firm specializing in cyber and media law. Through these positions, she gained practical experience with business startups, licensing, merchandising, business liability and diverse technology and intellectual property issues. These roles also afforded her experience with issues that international companies and entrepreneurs face in the industry.
In addition to her legal practice, she is a Course Director, teaching Advanced Entertainment Law, at Full Sail University in the Entertainment Business Master’s Program. She presented a TEDx Orlando talk on "An Attorney's Perspective on Creativity" and is a frequent speaker at law schools, universities, and other organizations/festivals within the state. Cassandra also speaks on legal topics at Bar conferences, entrepreneurship meetings and entertainment/media conferences. She also serves on the Orlando Regional Chamber's All Women Empowered task force, with a focus on advocacy.
As President of the National Association of Women Business Owners Orlando chapter, Cassandra helps support efforts to propel women entrepreneurs into economic, social and political spheres of power worldwide by supporting webinars and seminars to raise awareness of key topics in building a successful business concept to a successful business pitch. This association allows her to connect local members to different incentives and opportunities locally, across the state and nationwide through NAWBO's robust network of resources.
Cassandra graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business Administration, focusing on Finance, Hospitality and Accounting, from the University of Central Florida. She then earned her J.D., with honors, from the University of Florida's College of Law, with a focus in Intellectual Property.
Christine Kretz is the Vice President of Programs and Partnerships for the International Space Station (ISS) US National Laboratory. Christine’s role is to identify opportunities for leveraging the facilities of the ISS to enable science and technology research that will benefit life on Earth while maximizing taxpayer investment in the ISS. Christine’s team helps interested organizations determine how to best to approach research on the Station and work through the process to accomplish the desired objectives. Prior to joining the ISS, Christine worked for IBM, starting in 1998 as a manager in the Research Division where her responsibilities included IT security for eight labs globally. From the Research Division, Christine took a corporate position and was named the Global Operations Manager for IBM Life Sciences, an emerging business area for IBM at that time. Christine has also held the positions of Healthcare Solutions Executive on the IBM Global Healthcare Industry team, as well as roles as a Client Executive and Complex Opportunity Manager in Healthcare / Life Sciences. Most recently, she managed the Research Division Healthcare and Life Sciences organization.
Christine holds a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA in Operations from Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh where she is a member of the Business School Alumni Board of Directors.
Robert “Bob” Szafranski has been actively engaged in construction in Orlando for over 40 years, with the majority of his experience in healthcare. Through his belief in ethics and open communication, he has built a solid reputation throughout the industry for being fair, open-minded, and unafraid to tackle difficult issues. His management style is founded on strong team involvement and building a working environment which fosters honest, direct, and timely communication, which together builds a strong trust between team members. Bob’s hands-on construction management allows him to strategically address construction and construction logistics issues. He is comfortable working with large companies and individuals. Throughout his career, Bob has demonstrated the importance of collaborative, open communication, and conflict resolution. He has been responsible for direct communication with the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) on all healthcare projects in which he has been involved. He has established an excellent working relationship with the City of Orlando’s Economic Development and Permitting Departments. Bob’s experience spans the gamut of disciplines within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Early in his career, he worked for a structural steel frame design company and was the co-owner of a residential construction company. His project management experience includes commercial, theme park and public and private institutional projects. In 2006, he brought together this broad experience to serve as the owner’s representative in his former role as Corporate Manager of Facilities Development for Orlando Health.
Bob has been involved in a multitude of construction projects, from early-stage project concept through development and the duration of construction. Over the span of his career, individual project budgets have ranged from $12,000 to $320M, with an approximate career total of $2.5B. His long experience has made Bob an expert at problem solving. This can include conflict resolution, creative approaches to construction issues, and holding involved parties accountable for their responsibilities. Bob is flexible, tenacious and ethical when it comes to assuring a high-quality outcome.
Sheila Amin Gutiérrez de Piñeres, Ph.D. is Dean of the Burnett Honors College and professor of public administration. Dr. Piñeres received her Ph.D. in economics from Duke University, M.A. from the University of Chicago, and B.A. from Texas A&M University. She joined UCF in 2018 following her role as Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs & Special Initiatives and Dean of Faculty at Austin College in Sherman, TX. Previously, she served as Dean of Undergraduate Education and professor of economics at the University of Texas at Dallas. She is a Founding (Emeritus) Fellow, University of Texas System Academy of Distinguished Teachers. She has served as American Council of Education Fellow and Fulbright Research Scholar in Colombia. She is active nationally with honors education and recently co-founded the Council of Higher Education which serves honors colleges and programs at APLU institutions. She also serves on the ACE Women’s Networking Executive Council. She is also a Jacob K. Javits Fellow and HB Earhart Fellow. Her research focuses on economic development and political stability in developing countries.
Heather currently serves as a Vice President – Wealth Management and Retirement Plan Consultant at UBS in Winter Park. She has been with UBS for over 15 years. She is a Partner on her team, Winter Park Wealth Management, and were together recently recognized as a Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Management Team for 2023.
As a Certified Financial Planner®, Heather focuses on holistic client advice in the areas of financial planning, investments, and retirement planning. She employs her knowledge by creating a structured and highly tailored approach for individual and nonprofit clients to help them achieve their financial goals. She also serves on her team’s investment committee creating custom portfolios and portfolio optimization. Heather obtained the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®) designation in 2011. She has also been distinguished by UBS as a Retirement Plan Consultant and greatly enjoys working with business owners on designing and maximizing retirement plans for their employees.
Heather graduated from the University of Miami with a B.B.A., having majored in Finance. She enjoys being active in the community and supporting others in giving back philanthropically. She is a Board Member of The Girl Scouts of Citrus Council and a current participant in Lifework Leadership. Heather is a current Board Member of Florida Executive Women and 100 Women Strong and active member of the Central Florida Estate Planning Council and Kingdom Advisors. She is a past board member and sustaining member of the Junior League of Greater Orlando and Leadership Winter Park Class XXVI. Heather enjoys volunteering, running, and traveling. She lives in Oviedo with her husband and their two sons.
Aly graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in American Politics and earned both a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Stetson University. While practicing law, she also received a Certificate in Contract Law from Harvard University. She and her wife, Alina, enjoy traveling and spending time with their two dogs, Frankie and Gizmo. For fun, she collects historical artifacts and scuba dives.
