Tech Sassy Girlz is partnering with Girl Scouts of Citrus to offer Pearls in Tech at the Women's History and Cultural Center this July! As part of this partnership, this coding camp is generously being offered free of charge.
Pearls in Tech is a workforce development program designed to equip high school girls with 21st-century digital and technical skills. The program focuses on two areas: software development and artificial intelligence.
During this camp Girl Scouts will:
* Learn the basics of coding in a team-based environment
* Learn the basics of designing and building an app
* Develop a project piece to present at the end of camp
Due to limited capacity in the program, an application is required*. Tech Sassy Girlz will contact those who have been selected to participate in the program.
*Please note our flyer mentions Orange County participants, however all Citrus Council Girl Scouts - regardless of county are welcome to apply.
