Calling all fairies! Step into a magical weekend designed for Girl Scouts to sample overnight camp and build outdoor skills with the support of a significant female family member (mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, etc.; age 18+). Experience the enchantment of nature and whimsy as you make a wand, add sparkling tinsel to your hair, build a fairy house, and mix a magical potion! In addition to these fairy-themed activities, enjoy classic camp fun like swimming in the pool, canoeing, and roasting s'mores around the campfire. Put on your fairy wings and embark on an unforgettable adventure together!
Participants will be placed in units and share lodging with other campers and guardians.
Event Details:
- Date: October 16th -18th
- Time: Check-in Friday, October 16th at 4:30 PM, Check-out Sunday, October 18th at 11 AM.
- Program Level: Daisy, Brownie, Junior, Adults
- Location: Mah-Kah-Wee Program Center (1700 S County Rd 419, Chuluota, FL 32766)
- Program Fee: $125 for girls, $125 for adults
- Program Fee Includes:
- includes lodging (in a cabin, yurt, or tiny house), all meals and snacks during the session, camp activities, t-shirt, and a fun patch.
- Registration Deadline: September 20th 2026 at 11:59pm or when program is full
Important Information:
- All participants must be registered for the event. No Tagalongs are permitted.
- Please adhere to girl/adult ratio when attending events. This can be found in Volunteer Essentials or Safety Activity Checkpoints located on our website.
- Youth and adult campers will need to complete health history forms and activity waivers. These will be included in the confirmation email sent at a later date.
- A packing list will be sent in the confirmation email.
- Everyone must wear closed-toe and closed-heel shoes at camp.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email and sent directly to customercare@citrus-gs.org by September 16th 2026 at 11:59pm.
- There will be no refunds or transfers for no-shows.
Confirmation:
A confirmation with final details, a packing list, and forms/waivers to complete, will be emailed to you before the event. Please look over this confirmation and familiarize yourself with the details.
