Calling all Swifties! We had The Best Day with you last month at Super Swiftie Saturday and we're so excited to announce that we're doing it again! Join us at the Citrus Shop for a day full of activities, music, and other exciting opportunities!
But wait, there's more! We are thrilled to be working with our friends at Charles Schwab to bring you an awesome financial literacy program. Taylor Swift is not only one of our favorite musicians but she's also an entrepreneur and a great businesswoman! We've put together some Swiftie-themed activities to learn financial literacy skills and earn a badge!
Here's a sneak peek of some of the fun activities we have planned:
- You took a Polaroid of us: Take some super cute pictures in our Taylor Swift-inspired polaroid photo booth!
- You're a queen, selling dreams: Visit Dorothea's Dollar Store and learn about spending money.
- Everything will be alright if we just keep dancing: Sing along to your favorite Taylor Swift songs!
- We never go out of style!: Come dressed as your favorite TS era and walk the runway.
- You're the Lucky One... Get a lucky number 13 painted on your hand just like Taylor did during the Speak Now tour!
- Put the money in the bag: Identify different types of coins and learn about counting money
- One for the money, two for the show: It's show day! Plan your ultimate concert trip experience while staying within budget!
Bonus points for everyone who can figure out what songs each of the lyrics go to!!
Each level will earn a badge. Here is the list of what badge you'll earn:
- Daisy: Money Explorer
- Brownie: Budget Builder
- Junior: Budget Maker
- Cadette: My Money Habits
- Senior: Savvy Saver
- Ambassador: My Financial Independence
Steps from the other Financial Literacy badges will also be earned during this event but not provided. Check out the other badges and see what you have to do to finish them up!

- At this time, we are only offering 1 session for this event.
- Program Level: All Girl Scout levels, adults, and friends and family.
- Location: Girl Scouts of Citrus Council Shop & Main Office
- Program Fee: $5, fee includes program, giveaway items, badge
- Registration Deadline: May 15th, 2024
Important Information (Taylor's Version):
- Tagalongs/Family & Friends are welcome but everyone must be registered.
- We will not be taking walk-ups for this event.
- Volunteer Essentials or Safety Activity Checkpoints located on our website.
Cancellation and Refunds (Taylor's Version):
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email and sent directly to CustomerCare@citrus-gs.org by the cancellation date specified.
- There will be no refunds or transfers for no-shows.
Confirmation (Taylor's Verison):
A confirmation with final details will be emailed to you on the day after registration closes date. This confirmation will include the location address and information regarding day of program as well as any updated Covid-19 Guidelines. Please look over this confirmation and familiarize yourself with the process on the day you receive it.
