About Fred Kosiewski

Fred Kosiewski is currently Manager of Entertainment Global Standards and Sustainment for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts. He holds an Associates of Arts from Valencia Community College, a BA and MBA degree from Rollins. He has a background in administration, operations management, entertainment, evaluation and planning, environmental initiatives, standards, governance, human resources and performance appraisal processes.

As his daughters have been Girl Scouts in Citrus Council for over 20 years, Fred is familiar with on-going desires of our membership body. Fred has served on the Nominating Committee, Policy Committee, and has chaired the Finance Committee. Fred is also a member of the “Keep Winter Park Beautiful and Sustainable” Board for Winter Park, PLASA’s Technical Standards Council, Production and Operations Management Society, and the Institute of Industrial Engineers. Fred states, “My goal in being a member of the governing body is to assist with the continued success of the organization that has meant so much to my family over the last 20 years.”


Isabelle Poette-Chang

About Isabelle Poette-Chang

Extremely active in the community, Isabelle enjoys working on programs that will positively impact the lives of children. She specifically supports the efforts of the Girl Scouts of Citrus as a Member of the Board and serves on the Girl Scouts of Citrus Finance Committee. She has also served on the Girl Scouts of Citrus Women of Distinction Event Planning Committee for the past 2 years. Isabelle holds a Master of Business Administration and speaks English, French and Italian. Isabelle and her husband reside in Orlando, Florida with their young future girl scout.

About Atoosa Vaziri

Atoosa Vaziri graduated from the University of Central Florida (UCF) with a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science and a Master's of Science in Management Information Systems. She works for General Dynamics C4 Systems in Orlando as an engineering Project Lead. She also teaches at DeVry University since 2005 as an Adjunct Professor. She has been Director of Membership for Central Florida section for the past 3 years. Her goal as the director of membership is to encourage women engineers to get involved with the SWE to help increase the number of women graduating with engineering degrees as well as enhance their own careers through taking advantage of the personal and professional development provided by SWE. She looks forward to continuing as the vice president of membership initiatives and enhance the positive experience of members.


Lauren Joseph

About Lauren Joseph

Lauren Joseph graduated from the City University of NY (CUNY) Staten Island with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management.  She works for Insight Credit Union as the SVP/Chief Operations Officer for the past 10 years and before that she worked at Seaport Federal Credit Union in Elizabeth, NJ for 23 years.  Lauren’s first experience with Girl Scouts of Citrus was as a volunteer for the 100th Anniversary Flash Mob Dance held in Lake County in 2012. She wanted to become more involved – ready to assist in any way possible so she applied for a position on the GSC Board in 2013.  Lauren is a powerful advocate for fund development and property development.  Her focus is on our financial growth and development of the Council; engaging community to ensure all girls have access to Girl Scout programming in their own communities and bring long-term property goals to fruition.  Lauren has served on the Girl Scouts of Citrus Board of Directors as a Member at Large since 2014 and is a member of the Finance Committee.


Michelle Mugnaini

About Michelle Mugnaini

Michelle Mugnaini is a Sales Representative for Universal Orlando Resort’s Group Sales and Youth Programs Team. Working professionally with the Girl Scouts to create the Slumber Splash Bash at Wet ‘n Wild inspired her to start working on a personal level with Girl Scouts of Citrus Council. Michelle was a Brownie growing up in New Hampshire, and it is her mission to work with Girl Scouts to create fun and inspiring events to show girls just how much fun it is to be a Girl Scout – something she wished for as a Brownie. Michelle’s favorite thing about working with the Girl Scouts is attending the events and seeing the girls have a great time, make friends, and inspire others to be girls of courage, confidence, and character that make the world a better place!

About Tava Bingham

Tava is a higher education administrator for the University of Central Florida. She has taught leadership courses, facilitated workshops and has planned conferences with women’s leadership programs. Her background with the empowerment of our women and girls is important.  Her mother is a high-ranking military official and Tava sees the impact that her hard work and sacrifices have had on herself. Girl Scouts has always been an inclusive organization at a time when so many organizations have become exclusive.  That is the type of organization she wants to support. As a member of our board, she is a valuable asset to our young women.

About Natalie Curts

Natalie has practiced law in Florida for 13 years focusing real estate, litigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, evictions, and healthcare. She is currently with Harris Corporation Natalie has obtained broad business acumen in relationship management, negotiation, business and law analysis, state and federal legal research, management, and strategic development and implementation.  And she is fluent in Greek.


Kathi Christoff-Fox

About Kathi Christoff-Fox

Through her time serving as a volunteer on the property committee and on the Gold Award Committee, her passion and commitment to our council has strengthened. Kathi served as a delegate to the National Convention in 2014 and discovered there are many other avenues and opportunities available to both our local Council and GSUSA to help each girl do bigger and better things.  She is very passionate about the Gold Award and hopes to put good leadership in place while continuing implementing our mission and values.

About Cindy Luttrell

Cindy Luttrell has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the University of Central Florida. She has worked for over 20 years at Disney in various accounting and finance roles with her current title being, the Vice President of Financial Systems and Business Operations, supporting Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Hong Kong Disneyland.  Cindy is married and has two children both of which are currently in college.  She was a Girl Scout leader in Citrus Council for 12 years taking her troop from 1st grade Brownies through 12th-grade Ambassadors and served on her local Service Unit team for three years.


Michael Radka
Winter Springs, Seminole County

About Michael Radka

Michael is a nationally recognized youth advocate, volunteer and philanthropist know for founding one the largest charitable health fair and humanitarian efforts of its kind in Florida.  During Michael’s leadership, this effort has resulted in aiding more than 70,000 children with healthcare, educational and humanitarian resources and services.  Michael’s efforts have been recognized in several leading magazines and media outlets including, ABC, CBS, NBC and NPR, as well as Oprah Winfrey and, most importantly to him, those he serves.

Profiled as a tireless advocate for youth empowerment and advancement, Michael writes and speaks often on topics of community building, social engagement, and collective impact leadership and social entrepreneurship.  He has held leadership roles such as the managing partner of Chemetric Laboratories LLC., director and board member of HealthFair USA, and chair, and volunteer president of Hope Now International Inc. – a Central Florida-based 501(c)(3) organization.  Along with his wife of 28 years and three sons, Michael continues as an advocate for progressing social, educational, healthcare and economic issues of disparity for disadvantaged youth in his community.


Dr. Giorgina Pinedo-Rolón

About Giorgin Pindeo-Rolón

Giorgina Pinedo-Rolón was born in Caracas, Venezuela. She moved to the United States in 1986. Since then she earned a Masters in TV Production and Journalism and a PhD in Social Phycology.

She worked for Walt Disney World for nine years as a Merchandise Buyer. After Disney, she began a new career in the field of media. She has extensive experience in television, print, and radio. Giorgina served as Director of Production and Public Relations and television host for Telemundo Orlando. After nine years with Telemundo, she was hired by Casiano Communications Imagen Magazine Florida, where she served as Chief Editor. Currently, she works for the City of Orlando in the Office of Community Affairs and Human Relations a branch of the Executive Office of Mayor Buddy Dyer.

Giorgina has been very involved with the business community and the local government of Central Florida. She has been recognized for her work with the following awards:  Executive of the Year HABLA Awards, Girl Scouts of Citrus Women of Distinction Awards Visionary of the year, Orlando Business Journal Forty under Forty Award, and Working Together Outstanding Community Service Award, just to name a few.


Marcella(Mary) Tatro

About Marcella Tatro

Servitude has always been one of Mary’s core values.  As a female engineer and the mother of two daughters, she is a strong advocate of empowerment for girls.  She is particularly keen on trends regarding females in the STEM fields.  As such, her volunteer interests steer towards organizations that share her passion.

About Karol Young

Karol was elected in 2008 to serve as the 2nd Vice Chair; also serving as the Board’s liaison to the Association Chairs and Vice Chairs and Property Committee Chair. Karol, quite literally, grew up in Citrus Council; she is a current member of the Camp Mah Kah Wee Alumnae Group and Citrus Council Alumnae Association. Karol serves as a High School Art Teacher with Orange County Public Schools. Beyond her love of scouting and the Council, Karol brings critical knowledge and experience with regard to curriculum development and working in partnership with our schools. Karol is a former School Coordinator, Troop Leader, and was a major contributor to the development of Council’s long-range property plan.  She is also a member of the Orange County Art Educators Association,
