About Fred Kosiewski

Fred Kosiewski is currently Manager of Costume Production at Disney Parks Live Entertainment. He holds an Associates of Arts from Valencia Community College, a BA and MBA degree from Rollins, and is currently a JD Candidate at Mitchell Hamline School of Law.  He has a background in administration, operations management, entertainment, evaluation and planning, environmental initiatives, standards, governance, human resources and performance appraisal processes.

Fred’s daughters had been Girl Scouts in Citrus Council for over 25 years, Fred is familiar with on-going desires of our membership body. Fred has served on the Nominating Committee, Policy Committee, and has chaired the Finance Committee. Fred is also a member of the ESTA’s Technical Standards Council, the Production and Operations Management Society, and the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers. Fred states, “My goal in being a member of the governing body is to assist with the continued success of the organization that has meant so much to my family over the last 30 years.” Fred is proud to be a member of this council and is thankful that he’s “Man Enough to be a Girl Scout.”

About Isabelle Poette-Chang

Extremely active in the community, Isabelle is passionate about working on programs that will positively impact children and prepare them for successful and healthy adult lives.

She specifically supports the efforts of the Girl Scouts of Citrus as the 1st Vice Chair of the Board and serves on the Girl Scouts of Citrus Finance Committee, Audit Committee and Board Development Committee. She also served on the Girl Scouts of Citrus Women of Distinction Event Planning Committee for 2 years.

 

After 8 years with the Orlando Magic where she worked both in for-profit and non-for-profit capacities, Isabelle now dedicates her time to raising her young future Girl Scout.

 

Isabelle holds a Master of Business Administration and speaks English, French and Italian. Isabelle and her husband reside in Orlando, Florida with their young daughter and their pets.

About Kathi Christoff

Kathi served as a delegate to the National Convention in 2014 and discovered there are many other avenues and opportunities available to both our local Council and GSUSA to help each girl do bigger and better things. Kathi has put her skills to good use as a volunteer on several of our committees. As a practicing real estate attorney, it was a natural fit for her to volunteer on our Property Committee.  Her commitment to our council was strengthened even more once she found her passion while serving on the Gold Award Committee. Through her service in these various committees, she has been lead to serve as the Chair for the Board Development Committee; and, currently, she serves as the 2nd vice chair of the Board of Directors. She hopes to put good leadership in place while continuing to implement our mission and values.

Cindy Luttrell has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the University of Central Florida. She has worked for over 30 years at Disney in various accounting and finance roles with her current title being, the Vice President of Disney Financial Systems, supporting all the business of Disney around the globe.   She was a Girl Scout leader in Citrus Council for 12 years taking her troop from 1st grade Brownies through 12th-grade Ambassadors and served on her local Service Unit team for three years.

About Michelle Mugnaini

Michelle Mugnaini is a Sales Manager for Universal Orlando Resort’s Group Sales and Youth Programs Team. Working professionally with the Girl Scouts to create the Slumber Splash Bash at Wet ‘n Wild inspired her to start working on a personal level with Girl Scouts of Citrus Council. Michelle was a Brownie growing up in New Hampshire, and it is her mission to work with Girl Scouts to create fun and inspiring events to show girls just how much fun it is to be a Girl Scout – something she wished for as a Brownie. Michelle’s favorite thing about working with the Girl Scouts is attending the events and seeing the girls have a great time, make friends, and inspire others to be girls of courage, confidence, and character that make the world a better place!

About Lauren Joseph

Lauren Joseph graduated from the City University of NY (CUNY) Staten Island with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management.  She works for Insight Credit Union as the SVP/Chief Operations Officer for the past 12 years and before that she worked at Seaport Federal Credit Union in Elizabeth, NJ for 23 years.  Lauren’s first experience with Girl Scouts of Citrus was as a volunteer for the 100th Anniversary Flash Mob Dance held in Lake County in 2012. She wanted to become more involved – ready to assist in any way possible so she applied for a position on the GSC Board in 2013.  Lauren is a powerful advocate for fund development and property development.  Her focus is on our financial growth and development of the Council; engaging community to ensure all girls have access to Girl Scout programming in their own communities and bring long-term property goals to fruition.  Lauren has served on the Girl Scouts of Citrus Board of Directors as a Member at Large since 2014 and is a member of the Finance Committee.

About Natalie Curts

Natalie has practiced law in Florida for 18 years, and has also been a member of the Georgia state bar association for 14 years.  She is currently employed by L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Melbourne, Florida, and focuses on software license agreements and other contractual documents.  In the past she worked in various area of the law including: defense contracts, real estate litigation, foreclosure work, and health care consulting.

Natalie has obtained broad business acumen in negotiation, relationship management, business and law analysis, state and federal legal research, management, and strategic development and implementation.  Also, she is fluent in Greek.

Michael Radka

About Michael Radka

Michael is a nationally recognized community advocate, volunteer, philanthropist and minister known for founding one the largest charitable health fair and humanitarian efforts of its kind in the U.S.  During Michael’s leadership, this effort has resulted in aiding more than 122,000 children with healthcare, educational, humanitarian resources and services. Michael also has clean water wells that provide the only source of drinking water to over 500 family living in one of the most challenging places on Earth, Roaten Honduras. Michael’s efforts have been recognized in several leading magazines and media outlets including, ABC, CBS, NBC and NPR, as well as Oprah Winfrey and, most importantly to him, those he serves.

Profiled as a tireless advocate for the impoverished and the hopeless, Michael writes and speaks often on topics of community building, social engagement, the Lordship of Jesus, collective impact leadership and social entrepreneurship.  He has held leadership roles such as the managing partner of Chemetric Laboratories LLC., director and board member of HealthFair USA, and chair, and volunteer president of Living Water 4 Roaten / Hope Now International – a Central Florida-based 501(c) (3) organization.  Along with his wife of 31 years and his three sons and , Michael continues as an advocate for progressing spiritual, social, educational, healthcare and economic issues of disparity and inequality.

About Jes Kalb

Jes Kalb was born and raised in Falls Church, Virginia where she was a Girl Scout herself through Junior level until her family relocated to Daytona Beach, Florida.  After high school, she relocated to Orlando to attend UCF (Go Knights!) where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2000. Since then, her career has included professional roles including marketing, staffing, business sales, entrepreneurship, and management.  She has spent the last 10 years in a Sales role at The CSI Companies, managing and developing new clients and relationships within the Central Florida market, while also acting as a regional manager. She is an active volunteer for Cannonball Kids Cancer, a local Nonprofit that develops badly needed treatment options for children with pediatric cancer, co-organizing their annual Family Field Day event.  She is also a co-chair for her company’s annual CSI Gives Back Bake Sale which raised $5,000 his year for the Ckc organization.  She lives in Maitland with her husband, Ryan, two sons, Ronan (age 7) and Reed (age 3) and two very large dogs.  Her hobbies include spending time with her family, running half marathons, enjoying the beach, and planning her family’s next vacation.

About Cassandra Willard

Cassandra currently serves as the Legislative Chair of the Entertainment, Art & Sports Law Section of The Florida Bar.  As Chair Emeritus, she proudly focused her two terms chairing the section with a technology focus.  Her Ethics in the Digital Age: Don't Let Technology Be Your Crypto-nite CLE program, featured eight predominate female attorneys discussing data security, social media, cryptocurrency and other key considerations when working with tech in current times. 

As an attorney working with startups and entrepreneurs in various creative, business and technical fields, Cassandra provides transactional support from concept to exit.  Throughout her time practicing, she has worked with inventors, IP creators, bloggers, web designers, tech startups, content creators, music festivals, graphic artists, venues, artists, actors, performers, filmmakers, special effects/make-up artists, promotions companies, labels, managers, and many others, to negotiate contracts, optimize opportunities, safeguard intellectual property rights and limit potential risk/liability.

Prior to her current firm, Cassandra served as a partner at her prior firm, worked in Planet Hollywood's corporate legal department and was an associate for a boutique firm specializing in cyber and media law. Through these positions, she gained practical experience with business startups, licensing, merchandising, business liability and diverse technology and intellectual property issues. These experiences also afforded her experience with issues that international companies and solo artists face in the industry.

In addition to her legal practice, she is a Course Director, teaching Advanced Entertainment Law, at Full Sail University in the Entertainment Business Master’s Program. She presented a TEDxOrlando talk on "An Attorney's Perspective on Creativity" and is a frequent speaker at law schools, universities and other organizations/festivals within the state.  Cassandra also speaks on legal topics at Bar conferences, entrepreneurship meetings and entertainment/media conferences. 

As President of the National Association of Women Business Owners Orlando chapter, Cassandra helps support efforts to propel women entrepreneurs into economic, social and political spheres of power worldwide by supporting webinars and seminars to raise awareness of key topics in building a successful business concept to a successful business pitch. She has previously co-chaired the Women Who Win mentorship program, PropelHER Pitch competition as well as the Advocacy Day legal seminar. This association allows her to connect local members to different incentives and opportunities locally, across the state and nationwide through NAWBO's robust network of resources.

Cassandra graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business Administration, focusing on Finance, Hospitality and Accounting, from the University of Central Florida. She then earned her J.D., with honors, from the University of Florida's College of Law, with a focus in Intellectual Property.

About Jennifer Johnson

Jennifer currently works at the University of Central Florida (UCF) in the College of Business as the Director of The EXCHANGE. Her responsibilities include managing engagement at the College of Business. She also serves as an advisor to the College of Business Student Ambassadors who are appointed by the Dean. When Jennifer is not working on student initiatives, she is responsible for securing and managing corporate partnerships for the College.

In 2013, Jennifer co-founded ATHENA Orlando Women’s Leadership, Inc., which has raised $100,000 towards a scholarship endowment for female students at UCF and graduated close to 260 emerging women leaders from its ATHENA NextGen program.

About Kristina O'Leary

Kristina is driven by the belief “a rising tide floats all boats”. She has ample opportunity to put this philosophy into practice as the Director of Membership at the Seminole County Chamber. Since joining the business centric organization in 2017, she and her team have doubled the annual new revenue. Keeping focused on the mission of building success for businesses and residents of Seminole County to leave a legacy of prosperity has been key to the growth of the Chamber. While the “rising tide” quote is often attributed to JFK, it is rumored her speech writer borrowed it from the New England Chamber of Commerce.

In 2019, Kristina was recognized by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives as the number three salesperson for number of sales and the number two salesperson for revenue within chambers (under $500k dues revenue) across the country. She was additionally awarded with the Bronze Lifetime Award for chamber professionals attaining $175,000 in sales.

Kristina has a myriad of experiences making her uniquely qualified to interact across many fields. She was a successful account manager at iHeartMedia. She interned for Congressman John Mica in the 7th District of Florida. She was a kindergarten and first grade teacher. She graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2004 with two degrees, one in political science and one in psychology. At UCF, she was a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and the Tau Sigma Academic Honor Society.  In her personal time, she has spent a decade volunteering with Seminole County Public School and Girl Scouts.
