President/Chair: Nora Bagby

Nora E. Bagby is a Financial Advisor, Senior Vice President-Investments with Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC, member SIPC, in Orlando. She is dedicated to helping her clients meet their financial goals. Nora’s scope of service extends to all aspects of investment planning – from risk management and capital preservation to estate building and wealth transfer. Nora earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of South Florida and was a Private Financial Advisor with SunTrust for 18 years. When not assisting clients, Nora serves as an active community member. Currently she volunteers for the Girl Scouts of Citrus Council as Chair/President of the Board of Directors. Nora lives in Orlando with her husband and three children.
Fred Kosiewski
Winter Park, Orange County
Fred Kosiewski is currently Manager of Entertainment Operations at Walt Disney World. He holds an Associates of Arts from Valencia Community College, a BA and MBA degree from Rollins. He has a background in administration, operations management, entertainment, evaluation and planning, human resources and performance appraisal processes. As his wife has been a troop leader and his daughter has been a girl scout in Citrus Council for 15 years, he is familiar with on-going desires of our membership body, and for the past three years Fred has served as a member of the Nominating Committee of Board of Directors at GSCC. Fred states “my goal in joining the governing body is to assist with the continued success of the organization that has meant so much to my family over the last 15 years.
2nd Vice Chair: Karol Young
Apopka, Orange County
Karol Young is a High School Art Teacher with Orange County Public Schools. She was elected in 2003 to fill an unexpired term on the Board of Directors of Citrus Council and also serves on the council’s Long Range Property Committee; she was a former School Coordinator and a Troop Leader. She is also a member of the Orange County Art Educators Association, member of the West Orange High School’s P.T.S.A. and a member of the National Art Educators Association.
Treasurer: Cindy Luttrell
Orlando, Orange County
Cindy Luttrell has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the University of Central Florida. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Georgia. Cindy has worked for the last 20 years at Disney in various accounting and finance roles with her current title being, the Vice President of Financial Systems and Business Operations supporting Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Hong Kong Disneyland. Her role encompasses accounting for cash, credit cards, accounts receivable, financial system data and various other finance responsibilities. Prior to joining the Walt Disney Company, Cindy worked 4 years in public accounting in Atlanta doing all aspects of accounting: tax, audit, and small business. Cindy is married and has two children both of which are currently in college. She was a Girl Scout leader in Citrus Council for 12 years taking her troop from 1st grade Brownies through 12th grade Ambassadors and served on her local Service Unit team for 3 years.

Cocoa Beach, Brevard County
Deborah G. Orr recently retired as the Director, Supply, Storage and Distribution, Logistics and Material, and the Logistics Process Owner with United Space Alliance at Kennedy Space Center, Florida, after more than 31 years in the aerospace industry. Ms. Orr received her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University, Tallahassee and her Masters of Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Florida. She received her Certified Manager’s designation through the Institute for Certified Professional Managers, the James Madison University, Harrisonburg, Virginia. Currently serving on the Girl Scouts of Citrus Council Board of Directors as Secretary, Ms. Orr is actively involved in community civic functions. Ms. Orr also serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Chapter of Women in Aerospace. She has participated in the Community Caring Day sponsored by the local United Way, as well as previously participating for many years in the American Cancer Society’s annual Relay for Life fundraiser and walk.
