Kevin Adams
Longwood, Seminole County
Kevin Adams is Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager for the Orlando region of TD Bank.  Adams has almost 13 years of experience in banking and lending. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a Vice President in corporate and commercial banking at BankUnited and a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at SunTrust Bank, both in Orlando.  Kevin serves on the Board of Directors for Community Coordinated Care for Children, Inc. (4C) and the Girl Scouts of Citrus Council in Orlando.  He also volunteers as a Cubmaster with the Boy Scouts of America.  Adams received an MBA in 2010 from Rollins College’s Crummer Graduate School of Business in Winter Park, and his undergraduate degree in 1998 from Florida State University in Tallahassee.

 

Shakila Ali
Orlando, Orange County

As an AVP in Affiliate Membership Banking at Fifth Third Bank, Shakila works closely with companies ranging from one to 2,000 employees; specializing in employee benefit banking and financial wellness for commercial, business, investment and retail banking lines of business. Shakila helps clients and their employees with budgeting and savings, credit maximization, wealth planning and identity protection.

 

 

Don Curry
Sanford, Seminole County
Mr. Currie joined Robert Half International in 2009 as the Division Director of their Management Resources Division, specializing in providing senior level financial consultants on a project and interim basis to assist client companies. Prior to joining Robert Half International, Mr. Currie was CEO of Dixon Ticonderoga Company where he helped facilitate the 2005 sale and acquisition of the company by FILA SpA of Milan Italy.  Prior to being appointed as CEO by the new owners, Mr. Currie served as Executive Vice President, Marketing and Sales after joining the company in 2004.

Prior to Dixon, Mr. Currie served in marketing, sales, business unit and operations leadership roles with Martin Yale Industries (NASDAQ: ESCA), a manufacturer and marketer of office machines, office supplies and ergonomic accessories, A. T. Cross Company (Cross Pens) (NASDAQ: ATX) and Fruit of the Loom Activewear. Prior to his career in the private sector, Mr. Currie served for 7 years as a US Army infantry officer in various capacities in Latin America, the Far East and the United States.  His last tour was in the Republic of Panama where he served as a Plans Officer on the Army Staff and later as the commander of a combat infantry company during Operation Just Cause.

Mr. Currie has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kids In Need Foundation, as a Director on the Board of Dixon Ticonderoga Company, and is currently President of the Florida Sporting Clays Association. Mr. Currie earned his B. A. in Political Science and International Relations from Bucknell University in Lewisberg, Pennsylvania. In addition to his business career, Mr. Currie holds the title of 2011 National Champion in Side-by-Side Shotgun and serves as a National and Regional Delegate of the National Sporting Clays Association. Mr. Currie lives in the Orlando Area with his wife Michelle and three daughters: Lauren, Katherine and Sarah.

Teresa Johnson
Kissimmee, Osceola County

Teresa Johnson (Teri) has practiced law for 30 years, most recently as General Counsel of MoneyGram International, Inc., a multi-national financial services company headquartered in Minneapolis, MN.  Ms. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude in 1973 from the University of Pennsylvania and her Juris Doctor degree in 1979 from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.  Ms. Johnson’s experience has included executive leadership, long-range and strategic planning, developing and implementing complex business strategies and law department management. Ms. Johnson also practiced in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, taxation, executive compensation and creditors’ rights.   Ms. Johnson is a member of the Bars of Minnesota, Pennsylvania and Tennessee. She has served as member of the boards of directors of the Minnesota Chapters of the Association of Corporate Counsel and the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, the Minnesota Counsel on Economic Education, Helpline and the Girl Scouts of Western Pennsylvania. Ms. Johnson currently volunteers with Street Law and the Ovarian Cancer Alliance. She resides in Kissimmee, Florida with her husband Ed.

 

Fred Kosiewski
Winter Park,
Orange County
Fred Kosiewski is currently Manager of Entertainment Operations at Walt Disney World. He holds an Associates of Arts from Valencia Community College, a BA and MBA degree from Rollins. He has a background in administration, operations management, entertainment, evaluation and planning, human resources and performance appraisal processes. As his wife has been a troop leader and his daughter has been a girl scout in Citrus Council for 15 years, he is familiar with on-going desires of our membership body, and for the past three years Fred has served as a member of the Nominating Committee of Board of Directors at GSCC. Fred states “my goal in joining the governing body is to assist with the continued success of the organization that has meant so much to my family over the last 15 years.

 

Lillian Moon
Chuluota, Seminole County

Lillian Chaves Moon is an attorney in the Orlando office of Jackson Lewis LLP. Ms. Moon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1995 and her Juris Doctor degree in 2000 from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Ms. Moon devotes the majority of her practice to employment litigation, defending employers in federal and state courts, as well as before the EEOC and other administrative agencies. She also provides clients with day-to-day advice and counseling regarding employer policies and various workplace law issues as they arise. In addition, prior to practicing in Florida, Ms. Moon served as an appellate attorney for the United States Department of Labor in Washington, D.C., representing the Secretary of Labor in federal appellate courts in cases brought pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act. Ms. Moon is a member of the Florida Bar, the U.S. Supreme Court Bar, the Federal Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and the First Central Florida Inn of Court. In addition, Ms. Moon serves on the Advisory Board of LDS Family Services. Ms. Moon resides in Chuluota, Florida with her husband Samuel and their yorkie, Lexi.

 

Isabelle Poette-Chang
Orlando, Orange County
As Premium Services Manager for the Orlando Magic, Isabelle Poette-Chang oversees the premium client experience, delivering legendary moments to Orlando Magic season ticket holders. She played a key role in the successful opening of Amway Center in October 2010, leading premium service efforts for several premium products including the hiring and training of over 100 dedicated part-time staff members.  She is also extremely active in the community and enjoys working on programs that positively impact the lives of children. Through her efforts, she was named the Magic Volunteer Program’s “Volunteer of the Year” in 2009. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and speaks fluent French and Italian. Isabelle and her husband reside in Orlando, Florida.

 

Dr. Lora Shehi
DeLeon Springs, Volusia County

Lora J. Shehi, MD, is a pathologist with Halifax Pathology Associates, PA, in Daytona Beach. She has worked at Halifax Medical Center for 20 years and is currently the Medical Director of the laboratory. Lora is a graduate of Kansas State University and the University of Kansas School of Medicine, and completed a Fellowship at the University of Florida. She has four children. Emily is a lifetime Girl Scout member and Gold Award recipient who attends the University of Central Florida. Sam is a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps and has been deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. Kaitlin is a former Girl Scout, now a student at Daytona State College. Zoe is in Kindergarten and is excited to be a new Daisy. As a former Girl Scout herself, Lora is dedicated to making this experience available to all girls.

 

Keith Stiff
Orlando, Orange County

Keith Stiff is a Sales Manager in the Group Sales Department at Universal Orlando Resort.  With over 20 years of theme park management experience, he has a varied background in management and administration, operational planning, guest service and communication, and sales and marketing.  Through the volunteer initiatives at Universal Orlando, he actively participates in dedicating his time and efforts towards various organizations in Central Florida.  Keith and his family live in Orlando and he enjoys coaching his young daughter’s soccer team.  Keith holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Columbia College.

 

Marcia Weeks
Sanford, Seminole County
Marcia has always been interested in helping others.  In the past, she was selected to participate in the Black Executive Exchange which is a voluntary program between the National Urban League and Corporate America to loan African-American executives to participating colleges as “Visiting Professors”. Her role was to mentor the students and share my work-life experiences to help them understand the demands, expectations and what they needed to do to be successful. She is looking forward to serving and helping young ladies better understand their capabilities, develop a broader view of the types of careers they can pursue, and how they can have an impact no matter what they decide to do in life.
