Below is the paperwork procedures for troops traveling out of council jurisdiction and/or trips lasting more than two (2) nights.

Prior to Departure: Complete the following:

  • Final Application and Itinerary for Extended Trip
  • Troop Trip Roster of Participants and Emergency Contact Information for each person traveling
  • Proposed Itinerary – FINAL VERSION (You may use your own forms for the roster and itinerary if you wish.)
  • Insurance Form 3P

Three (3) months prior to your departure, please return the following to Girl Scouts of Citrus Council:

  • Insurance: Troop leaders need to fill out Form 3P, which is the insurance form.  To get a copy of this form, please contact Sarah Rowland.  Her contact information is listed below.  Then, complete Form 3P and return to Girl Scouts of Citrus Council with your payment.  (All checks must be made out to GSCC.)  Click Activity Accident Insurance Plans. For the High Risk Activity Insurance Form, click here. Fill out this form and return it with your payment to GSCC.  Questions about this form can be directed to Marie Snead at msnead@citrus-gs.org.

When you return from your trip, please complete the following within one month and submit it to Girl Scouts of Citrus Council:
