Community Troop Facilitator (Orange/Seminole County)

The Community Troop Facilitator is responsible for delivering the Girl Scout program to community based troops within hard to serve areas. The Community Troop Facilitator is responsible for developing and maintaining the relationships with the community partners in same area while striving to transition these troops from staff led to volunteer led when applicable.

This seasonal summer position will be responsible for the direct supervision and coordination of multiple county day camps, staff and campers, providing a safe, supportive and fun environment, while ensuring the delivery of Girl Scout Programming specific to the Outdoor Pathway. Position requires all staff to attend: pre-camp trainings, staff meetings, and set up and clean up weeks.
