There are seven fun-filled sessions this summer at Celia Lane Little House near downtown Orlando.  Read about the camp sessions below and choose which camps you want to attend.  Please note that Celia Lane is closed the week of July 4.

Program Aide Training -- FULL! Please see Leadership Opportunity section for information on this training.

Who:  Completed grades 6 and up

Where:  Downtown Orlando

When:  June 11-13

Cost:  $40 for three day training

Extended Care:  No


CRAFTIN' & COOKIN' CRAZINESS -- FULL!  This week is a sampler of fun crafts to make and yummy snacks to create and eat, so come hungry and creative.  We love your ideas so bring them to camp to share – some of the best times at camp are planned by you girls – so put on your crazy thinking caps.    You will work toward your Make It, Eat It and Art to Wear Try-Its or your Let’s Get Cookin’ and Art to Wear badge requirements. 

Who:  Grades 1-6

Where:  Downtown Orlando

When:  June 16-20, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Cost:  $110 Girl Scouts; $140 non-Girl Scouts

Extended Care:  7:30 - 9  a.m. and 4 - 5:30 p.m.
$15 for morning care and $15 for afternoon care


FLORIDA GIRLS* -- Do you know about this great state we live in?  What is our Florida history?  What did girls do for fun 100 years ago?  Can you name our state bird or mammal?  What are native plants?  During this fun camp we’ll learn about Florida’s history, symbols, plants and animals in addition to fun crafts and creative snacks.  You will work toward your Listening to the Past or Earth is Our Home Try-Its or your Local Lore or Your Outdoor Surroundings badge requirements. 

*Includes charter bus and activities at Cracker Country.

Who:  Grades 1-6

Where:  Downtown Orlando

When:  June 23-27, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Cost:  $135 Girl Scouts; $165 non-Girl Scouts
*Field trip included in fee.

Extended Care:  7:30 - 9  a.m. and 4 - 5:30 p.m.
$15 for morning care and $15 for afternoon care


TREASURE ISLAND -- FULL! “Arrgh!... Ahoy there me mateys – come join us for this year’s day camp as we set out on a journey to roam the seven seas lookin’ for buried treasure.”  You may have to walk the plank or “search” under the sea?  Join us for pirate and under the sea crafts and snacks that will shiver your timbers.  You will work toward your Water Everywhere and Outdoor Adventure Try-Its or your Water Wonders or Outdoor Fun badge requirements.

Who:  Grades 1-6

Where:  Downtown Orlando

When:  July 7-11, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Cost:  $110 Girl Scouts; $140 non-Girl Scouts

Extended Care:  7:30 - 9  a.m. and 4 - 5:30 p.m.

WINGS 'N THINGS -- From airplanes to birds to butterflies; it if flies, we will learn about it.  We will watch as a caterpillar forms his chrysalis while another hatches and flies away.  Learn about our native birds, what they eat and where they live.  Try building an airplane to soar off the back porch or a rocket to sent into space.  You will work toward your Earth & Sky Try-It or your Sky Search or Outdoor Creativity badge requirements.

Where:  Downtown Orlando

When:  July 14-18, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Cost:  $135 Girl Scouts; $165 non-Girl Scouts

G.S.I., INC. (GIRL SCOUT INVESTIGATIONS, INC.) -- FULL! Let’s get together and investigate the clues in our Girl Scout Caper.  Track the footprints, hunt for evidence, disguise yourself and go on a mission.  Search for the missing piece – use your powers of observation to solve natures’ puzzles.  Try our secret snacks after you’ve uncovered the recipes.  Try a brain twister or two – decode a secret message.  Don’t be clueless – put on your G.S.I. Inc. detective cap, grab your magnifying glass and help us unravel the mysteries at Celia Lane.  You will work toward your Senses or Science Wonders Try-Its or your Science Sleuth or science Discovery badge requirements.

Who:  Grades 1-6

Where:  Downtown Orlando

When:  July 21-25, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Cost:  $110 Girl Scouts; $140 non-Girl Scouts

IT'S A JUNGLE OUT THERE* FULL! -- Lions and tigers and bears, oh my!  This camp will be all about animals and learning about their different habitats all over the world.  Each day we will explore a different region and the animals that live there.  Would you like to try baby monkey bread, cream cheese penguins or a zebra treat?  Come on over to the “Wild Side” and join the “Jungle Crew”.  You will work toward your Animals or Watching Wildlife Try-Its or your Plants and Animals and Wildlife badge requirements.

*Includes field trip to Central Florida Zoo.

When:  July 28 - Aug. 1, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

PRINCESS OF THE LANE -- FULL! Have you ever wondered what it’s like to be pampered like a princess?  Well – if you have - this is the week for you.  We will make our own facials, lotions and bath fizzies.  Join us for a dress-up day where the staff will serve you “tea and cookies”.  Learn about relaxation techniques and yoga.  Come to Celia Lane and prepare to be pampered and spoiled.  We will make spa crafts to take home and yummy snacks.  You will work toward your Manners or Let’s Pretend Try-Its or your Looking Your Best or Theater badge requirements.

Who:  Grades 1-6

Where:  Downtown Orlando

When:  Aug. 4-8, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Cost:  $110 Girl Scouts; $140 non-Girl Scouts

Extended Care:
