- Nora Bagby

Nora E. Bagby is a Financial Advisor, Senior Vice President-Investments with Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC, member SIPC, in Orlando. She is dedicated to helping her clients meet their financial goals. Nora’s scope of service extends to all aspects of investment planning – from risk management and capital preservation to estate building and wealth transfer. Nora earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of South Florida and was a Private Financial Advisor with SunTrust for 18 years. When not assisting clients, Nora serves as an active community member. Currently she volunteers for the Girl Scouts of Citrus Council as Chair/President of the Board of Directors. Nora lives in Orlando with her husband and three children.

Fred Kosiewski is currently Manager of Entertainment Global Standards and Sustainment for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts. He holds an Associates of Arts from Valencia Community College, a BA and MBA degree from Rollins. He has a background in administration, operations management, entertainment, evaluation and planning, environmental initiatives, standards, and governance, human resources and performance appraisal processes. As his daughters have been Girl Scouts in Citrus Council for over 20 years, he is familiar with on-going desires of our membership body. Fred has served on the Nominating Committee, Policy Committee, and currently chairs the Finance Committee. Fred states, “my goal in joining the governing body is to assist with the continued success of the organization that has meant so much to my family over the last 20 years."
- Cindy Luttrell
Walt Disney World
Cindy Luttrell has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the University of Central Florida. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Georgia. Cindy has worked for the last 20 years at Disney in various accounting and finance roles with her current title being, the Vice President of Financial Systems and Business Operations supporting Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Hong Kong Disneyland. Her role encompasses accounting for cash, credit cards, accounts receivable, financial system data and various other finance responsibilities. Prior to joining the Walt Disney Company, Cindy worked 4 years in public accounting in Atlanta doing all aspects of accounting: tax, audit, and small business. Cindy is married and has two children both of which are currently in college. She was a Girl Scout leader in Citrus Council for 12 years taking her troop from 1st grade Brownies through 12th grade Ambassadors and served on her local Service Unit team for 3 years.
- Deborah Orr
Retired, Formerly Kennedy Space Center
Deborah G. Orr recently retired as the Director, Supply, Storage and Distribution, Logistics and Material, and the Logistics Process Owner with United Space Alliance at Kennedy Space Center, Florida, after more than 31 years in the aerospace industry. Ms. Orr received her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University, Tallahassee and her Masters of Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Florida. She received her Certified Manager’s designation through the Institute for Certified Professional Managers, the James Madison University, Harrisonburg, Virginia. Currently serving on the Girl Scouts of Citrus Council Board of Directors as Secretary, Ms. Orr is actively involved in community civic functions. Ms. Orr also serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Chapter of Women in Aerospace. She has participated in the Community Caring Day sponsored by the local United Way, as well as previously participating for many years in the American Cancer Society’s annual Relay for Life fundraiser and walk.
- Kevin Adams
Kevin Adams is Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager for the Orlando region of TD Bank. Adams has almost 13 years of experience in banking and lending. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a Vice President in corporate and commercial banking at BankUnited and a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at SunTrust Bank, both in Orlando. Kevin serves on the Board of Directors for Community Coordinated Care for Children, Inc. (4C) and the Girl Scouts of Citrus. He also volunteers as a Cubmaster with the Boy Scouts of America. Adams received an MBA in 2010 from Rollins College’s Crummer Graduate School of Business in Winter Park, and his undergraduate degree in 1998 from Florida State University in Tallahassee.

As an AVP in Affiliate Membership Banking at Fifth Third Bank, Shakila works closely with companies ranging from one to 2,000 employees; specializing in employee benefit banking and financial wellness for commercial, business, investment and retail banking lines of business. Shakila helps clients and their employees with budgeting and savings, credit maximization, wealth planning and identity protection.
- Larry DeLaRosa
Larry has been the general manager of Telemundo in Central Florida for more than 14 years. His goal in volunteering in the Girl Scouts is to help bring more exposure about our organization to the Central Florida Hispanic community. He will provide insight and assistance to the organization regarding the local Hispanic cultures so that we can better market ourselves as a valuable resource to these families.
- Karen Jensen
Karen has been VP of Development for Orlando Health since 1995. She was a Girl Scout in her youth and has always appreciated the organization. She believes Girl Scouts is an organization of significant interest to her personally and an organization of great importance to the community. Karen's particular interest is young people - adolescents above all. Having raised two children as a single parent after the untimely death of her husband, she is familiar with many of the challenges of young people in their preteen and teen years. She would like to devote her volunteer time available to playing a part in the successful mentoring of young women through quality organizations such as scouting.

Lillian Chaves Moon is an attorney in the Orlando office of Jackson Lewis LLP. Ms. Moon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1995 and her Juris Doctor degree in 2000 from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Ms. Moon devotes the majority of her practice to employment litigation, defending employers in federal and state courts, as well as before the EEOC and other administrative agencies. She also provides clients with day-to-day advice and counseling regarding employer policies and various workplace law issues as they arise. In addition, prior to practicing in Florida, Ms. Moon served as an appellate attorney for the United States Department of Labor in Washington, D.C., representing the Secretary of Labor in federal appellate courts in cases brought pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act. Ms. Moon is a member of the Florida Bar, the U.S. Supreme Court Bar, the Federal Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and the First Central Florida Inn of Court. In addition, Ms. Moon serves on the Advisory Board of LDS Family Services. Ms. Moon resides in Chuluota, Florida with her husband Samuel and their yorkie, Lexi.
- Isabelle Poette-Chang
As Premium Services Manager for the Orlando Magic, Isabelle Poette-Chang oversees the premium client experience, delivering legendary moments to Orlando Magic season ticket holders. She played a key role in the successful opening of Amway Center in October 2010, leading premium service efforts for several premium products including the hiring and training of over 100 dedicated part-time staff members. She is also extremely active in the community and enjoys working on programs that positively impact the lives of children. Through her efforts, she was named the Magic Volunteer Program’s “Volunteer of the Year” in 2009. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and speaks fluent French and Italian. Isabelle and her husband reside in Orlando, Florida.
- Dr. Lora Shehi
Halifax Pathology Associates, PA
Lora J. Shehi, MD, is a pathologist with Halifax Pathology Associates, PA, in Daytona Beach. She has worked at Halifax Medical Center for 20 years and is currently the Medical Director of the laboratory. Lora is a graduate of Kansas State University and the University of Kansas School of Medicine, and completed a Fellowship at the University of Florida. She has four children. Emily is a lifetime Girl Scout member and Gold Award recipient who attends the University of Central Florida. Sam is a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps and has been deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. Kaitlin is a former Girl Scout, now a student at Daytona State College. Zoe is in Kindergarten and is excited to be a new Daisy. As a former Girl Scout herself, Lora is dedicated to making this experience available to all girls.

Keith Stiff is a Sales Manager in the Group Sales Department at Universal Orlando Resort. With over 20 years of theme park management experience, he has a varied background in management and administration, operational planning, guest service and communication, and sales and marketing. Through the volunteer initiatives at Universal Orlando, he actively participates in dedicating his time and efforts towards various organizations in Central Florida. Keith and his family live in Orlando and he enjoys coaching his young daughter’s soccer team. Keith holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Columbia College.

Karol Young is a High School Art Teacher with Orange County Public Schools. She was elected in 2003 to fill an unexpired term on the Board of Directors of Citrus Council and also serves on Council's Long Range Property Committee; she was a former School Coordinator and a Troop Leader. She is also a member of the Orange County Art Educators Association, member of the West Orange High School's P.T.S.A. and a member of the National Art Educators Association.
