Product programs are educational activities for Girl Scouts.  Girl Scouts of Citrus Council has the Fall Product Program(QSP magazine sale and nuts/chocolate) and the cookie program.  These program activities teach the girls how to set goals, plan budgets, handle money and communicate with other people.
