The Fourth Annual Chefs Gone Wild West – Just Desserts & Silent Auction  was held Oct. 26, 2007, at Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede.

Chefs Gone Wild West is one of the newest and most unique networking events, highlighting local area chefs and restaurants as they showcase their signature sweets, as well as featuring fantastic silent auction items for bidding.

Two chefs were recognized for their delicious desserts. Derek Aimonetto was named the overall winner for "Best Chef" and Rosen Shingle Creek received Best Presentation honors.
