First Aid and CPR
This course is conducted using various presentation techniques which gives the participants a hands-on training. This will prepare them to provide immediate First Aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in emergency situations. Individuals who take this course qualify as troop/group first aiders.
Volunteers do not have to complete their First Aid and CPR requirements through Girl Scouts of Citrus Council. Please refer to Safety-Wise for a listing of all agencies/certifications accepted by GSUSA and for all requirements by activity.
Participants should dress comfortable, bring a lunch (if appropriate), a water bottle and writing materials. Course instructors will inform participants regarding length of certifications.
Registrations are processed on a first come, first served basis. The maximum number of participants for each class will be 12.
Online registration is now available. Submit your registration and course fee online by selecting the training date (below) you wish to attend.
