"Going Places: Girls Take the Lead!" is the theme for the 2009 cookie program activity.  Girl Scouts of Citrus Council will kick off the cookie program with taking of cookie orders on Jan. 2 and for the first time ever Girl Scout Daisies will be selling cookies. 

In honor of Daisies being a part of the cookie program activity, a new cookie has been created called Reduced Fat Daisy Go Rounds™.  This cookie a crispy cinammon flowers blooming with flavor in every bite.  Each box contains five single serve snack packs.

Other favorites include Thin Mints, Shortbread, Peanut Butter Sandwich, Caramel deLites®, Peanut Butter Patties®, Thanks-A-Lot™ and Lemonades™.  Each box is $3.50.  For a description of these yummy cookies, click here.  Cookie delivery begins Feb. 7 and booth sales kick off on Feb. 13.

If a Girl Scout does not ask you to buy cookies during the order taking period in January, that's OK.  Call us at the Girl Scout office at (407) 896-4475, ext. 1408 or e-mail the Director of Products and we will connect you with a Girl Scout in your neighborhood.
